For those of you who have never seen an H&H SpeedLoader EX tiltbed, brace yourselves! You are about to see the most original, durable, fastest loading trailer in the world. We say this publicly and challenge anyone to show us a faster loading, simpler to use trailer. We have not seen one come close yet.
The unit shown is a 20 foot length model with our standard suspension and ST205-15 C rated tires on white spoke wheels. This model was also ordered with teardrop fenders, sealed beam lighting and steel rub rails over the stake pockets. Those three options cost $230.
Starting at the front of the trailer you will see our standard coupler, safety chains, optional breakaway kit and battery (required for all suspension 10,000 GVWR and above), light hookup and our standard 7,000lb recessed jack.
Built with long term durability in mind, the SpeedLoader EX tiltbed trailer can be outfitted for standard workhorse duty, show car carrying or just about anything in between. Keep on scrolling down to take a tour of this amazing flatbed trailer.
Here is a closer look at the H&H SpeedLoader EX Tiltbed’s coupler, safety chains, plug for the trailer lights and optional breakaway kit (required for all suspension 10,000 GVWR and above).
Rotating to the right a bit you can see the industrial hydraulic cylinder that lifts and lowers the bed whenever your heart desires! You won’t believe how easy it is to raise and lower this tiltbed trailer. It is as durable, reliable and quick as you will ever find.
Moving to the left side of the tongue the Up/Down control for this SpeedLoader EX Tiltbed trailer is visible.
With the push of a button this trailer comes to life! Going up!!!
Or down depending on which end of the tiltbed trailer you are standing at. Check out
the low load angle on the SpeedLoader EX Tiltbed trailer. This trailer will load nearly any production car and most lowered custom cars as well. All the while being truly tough enough to carry bobcats and other industrial equipment with an easy upgrade of the suspension.
Here is the electric pump and battery that are hidden under the trailer. We have been building this unit for 6 years now, have put thousands on the road and have NEVER had a single pump replacement! This is a solid proven package.
As you begin to walk around the SpeedLoader EX Tiltbed trailer you will come to the first of the sealed beam DOT L.E.D. marker lights. This is an optional package that is our best lighting system for reliability and toughness. This option only costs $80.
Walking a few more feet down the side of the trailer you come to the next L.E.D. marker that is located just in front of the fender. Just like before there is a matching L.E.D. marker on the other side of the trailer. There are a totol of 6 side DOT L.E.D. marker lights on this tiltbed trailer.
Stepping back you can see the tandem axles and our optional teardrop fenders. These fenders really look great on the trailer and also makes the fenders stronger.
Pictured here is our optional removable teardrop fender. These fenders are very easy to remove and reattach. With the fenders removed you have an extra few inches of loading width, and you can even side load items with a forklift much easier. At a mere $145 you can see why this is becoming an extremely popular option.
Here is a picture of the removable teardrop fender securely attached to the trailer. The red arrows show where the two fender latches are located. Simply remove these two rubber latches, grab the fender by the handles and lift up. That's it!
When 1st time buyers hear that we offer a removable fender their initial response is, "I have never seen a removable fender that I like. They always shake and make a lot of noise going down the road.". Well you don't have to worry about that with an H&H removable teardrop fender. Our fenders fit perfectly into two sturdy brackets. When combine with the two rubber latches that secure the fender to the trailer you will never have to worry about your fenders coming loose or rattling around. You will have to see them to truly appreciate how easy they are to remove and reattach and how quite they are during transit!
This is a close up picture of one of the rubber latches that hold the fender in place.
While we are talking about under the trailer we might as well go over the little fact that any H&H open trailer (other than Hi-Deck© series flat deck trailers) will be sent to the undercoating department. There the entire trailer is lifted up and the underside steel is sprayed with a thick layer of automotive undercoating. It’s another free item that we throw in the mix and it gives you a measure of security against excessive rust in the future. The insides of both fenders will receive this coating as well all STANDARD!
This is the license plate bracket that comes standard on all of our flatbed trailers.
Here is the sealed beam DOT L.E.D. taillight and rear L.E.D. marker light. These are the same high quality lights that are found in our H&H Cargo Trailers. They have a 100,000 hour service life rating.
H&H uses #1 grade ACQ lumber that has a lifetime rot warranty (the piece of paper stapled to the trailer floor is the actually warranty) from the manufacturer. The floor is hand fitted and pressed in place. Another thing that H&H has always done that other companies won’t is install a front and rear board cap.
Instead of just slapping the floor in and welding steel caps over either end, we drill and bolt the front and rear floor caps in place. Why? Because if you ever do break a floor board on an H&H, you can replace it with standard hand tools.
On other brands, you’d better own a good electric grinder to cut the floor cap welds off, then a good MIG welder to reinstall them AND a paint gun to repaint the welds when you’re done. Which sounds more user friendly for the long term?
This photo also shows the optional steel rub rails that are mounted to the outside of the stake pockets. This option not only protects the trailer it also gives you an infinite number of tie down points.
Here is a close up picture of the lifetime floor rot warranty. SupaTimber, our wood treater puts a lifetime warranty against rot on every board we install. Try to find that on any other trailer brand.
This is a picture of the rear floor cap. Seven bolts are used to hold this floor cap in place!
In addition to the front and rear wood caps, all H&H wood floor trailers receive no less than two or more rows of bolts (two bolts per board, per row) to hold the floor in place for the life of the trailer. NOBODY does this on a trailer of this type but H&H. The red arrows in the picture show the number of bolts that are used in just one row on this floor! This particular trailer has 3 rows of bolts. Counting the end caps this trailer has 68 bolts just holding the #1 grade ACQ floor in place.
From the rear you can see just how accommodating this tiltbed trailer really is. If you can drive a car then you can load this trailer. The bottom line…It simply doesn’t get any better than our SpeedLoader EX and MX tiltbed trailers!
