All H&H Heavy Duty Flatbed trailers can be used for industrial applications. With heavy web thickness on each and every steel chassis component and the best weld technology, our frames can take way more punishment than anyone should put them through. Which is a good thing when your hired men are using them!

An H&H heavy duty industrial grade trailer (shown in this feature) comes with our optional 2 foot dovetail and fold down bobcat ramps as standard equipment. This is our most popular model!
 

Up front this particular trailer has our optional adjustable height 2 5/16 inch coupler, standard extra long safety chains, our standard 7-prong light plug, optional breakaway kit and battery (required for all suspension 10,000 GVWR and above), and our standard 7,000lb recessed jack.

The flatbed trailer’s tongue is made from ultra strong channel steel. The tongue is extended behind the front of the fenders and is MIG welded to the suspension which makes the trailer incredibly strong. To help make the trailer’s tongue even stronger, critical areas are braced and diamond or oval gussets are welded in place.
 

Here is a closer view of the tongue running all of the way down the side of the trailer. Most companies only run their tongue to where you see the oval gusset on our trailer. Going ahead and running the channel steel tongue back to the front of the suspension definitely helps give our heavy duty flatbed trailer it’s uncanny strength.
 

Stepping back you can get a full view of the tongue that we have been talking about. You can also see how good our flatbed trailers look. It really is an eye catching trailer. We have heard time and time again from our customers that they constantly get compliments on how nice their trailer looks.

This trailer has our standard fenders and white wheels, but you can always upgrade to chrome wheels and diamond plate teardrop fenders, removable teardrop fenders or even 3/16” steel drive over fenders if you would like. On a trailer of this caliber H&H highly recommends upgrading to our SUPER strong 3/16” steel drive over fenders. They will take 50 times more abuse than our standard fenders which makes them a great investment.
   

This photo gives you a really good look at the optional 2’ dovetail and the extremely handy and durable 5’ bobcat ramps. Also notice the built in dock legs that help keep the chassis planted while loading/unloading and help support the flatbed trailer as well.
 

Moving around to the rear of the trailer you can see how accommodating the trailer really is. H&H definitely goes above and beyond to make sure our trailers are built better than others on the market. Just look at how wide and beefy those ramps are! Also we have designed the ramps to slide back and forth so you can adjust them to load small width items too.
 

Our 24’ CR Series car hauler is a perfect enclosed trailer for race car teams, car show enthusiasts, someone who hauls a lot of motorcycles, or for someone that simply needs a tough and reliable enclosed trailer to transport general cargo or equipment.

In this photo you can see several of the standard features that set this enclosed trailer apart from other car haulers. First thing that most people notice is that there isn’t a single rivet or screw holding the .040 (thickest in the industry) sheet aluminum on the trailer! H&H has spent years perfecting the method by which the sides are attached to our cargo trailers. To date H&H is the only company that has truly mastered this method and is the only company that offers this as a STANDARD feature on all of our enclosed trailer models!

If you’re going to build an enclosed trailer that’s 24 feet long, 101" wide and capable of grossing nearly 10,000 pounds of weight standard, you better bring some structure to the table. That’s why all H&H Cargo CR Trailers have this super stiff triple tube tongue. You also better give it a strong jack (like this 7,000lb rated dropleg jack) and some heavy duty safety chains.

Even though the 7,000lb dropleg jack that is very strong and reliable, more and more people are taking advantage of the 12,000lb rated spring loaded dropleg jack is an option on these models. For a minimal upgrade charge, you can get the toughest jack you can own for your trailer. If you like to unhook your trailer while it is loaded, this may be a good option for you to consider.
